Hacklebarney state park
Overview:
Hacklebarney State Park is a beautiful area full of scenic trails that will have you come back again and again to explore. This area features the Black River which cuts through the park.
Although there is a main look there are many other areas to explore throughout the park. 465 acres are home to 5 miles of trails. Although there is a main loop around the outside of the park many trails cut through and allow for an easier shorter loop if needed.
Trout Brook and Rhinehart Brook are both tributaries that feed into the Black River.
